I am currently trying Gerson Therapy for the treatment of masses in my kidney and lung. I refuse to go to traditional doctors, so I am experimenting with ways to make myself feel better naturally. Coffee enemas are an important part of the Gerson Therapy. They are not easy to give to yourself, but they are necessary for detoxing the body. I am having a hard time administering the enemas and making them part of my daily routine.

Enema is so easy for me. But I had to take care of a demented elder when I was a teenager. Shit became nothing more than a fact of life for us many years ago. Enemas can be messy, but so what. holding coffee is easier if it is the right temp. When you have a cramp, close the clamp, squeeze your cheeks together, and do ‘lamas’ breathing until the cramping passes. Less traumatic emotionally if you don’t tell friends and family, and if you don’t have an audience.
This video is kind of funny to me – making the coffee enemas such an emotional big deal…I didn’t know people were that “sensitive.”. As @NetGenDesign mentioned, not nearly as traumatizing as chemotherapy.
Here’s the thing: with chemo you have side effects – hair falling out, weakened immune system, general poor health. With Gerson therapy also side effects (for example): yes, cured cancer, but also got rid of psoriasis and don’t get migraine headaches anymore. No brainer which is better.
How’s it working out for you now? How’s your health?
for fuck’s sake have you never shit before?
whats gross is all that crap inside of you…you should feel dirty…and then happy when you get it out. support? how hard is it? you either do it and get over it or dont and suffer then die.. many die of cancer due to lies about cancer and what causes it.
Potty…. What the hell is happening in this video? I feel like she is looney, seriously
Are you for real? Are your purposely acting like a 5 year old? Poop is natural. Get over it. Damn!
@steveman223 but I am glad i started doing them. I feel better already
i personally would think someone who is sick wouldnt be freaked out so much but doing a little bit of dirty work to clean yourself out. I personally dont have cancer or anything like that (that i know of) and I started doing them as preventive maintenance…also I got tired of feeling like junk. So it was time to start taking out the trash. So i can over come the nastiness of “releasing” know that nastiness isnt inside me anymore. I was super hesitant at first…i admit ..its just weird.
Enemas are NOT gross! So what you’re saying is health is GROSS??
You act worse than a child! You need to take a dick up your ass and settle down!
you look like shania twain….please excuse my randomness
Thanks for making this video.
Wow…It’s really not a big deal at all. You blew this way out of proportion. I do one a week and I feel great after. Actually find it relaxing, bring my laptop in the bathroom and chill. No big deal. Holy over dramatic it’s just poop and cleaning out poop and toxins…we are all adults here
quite too dramatically…feelinigs about when doing enema….. you know, at surgery, they do enema to patients… also, they are some kinky guys, at enema.com… they seem to like it…
Wow lady, grow a pair why don’t you. Enemas are not pretty but you are acting very immature about the whole thing. I couldn’t even stand to finish your video, I think I’d rather do a coffee enema.
C’mon lady GET A GRIP…it is not bad at all. I did one last night – and I feel like my energy is renewed. Also feel lighter!! STOP THE DRAMA!!!
Enemas are extremely healthy and necessary to clear up years of putrefied food, undigested starches, and unfriendly bacteria.
HOWEVER, coffee is simply not good to drink, much less insert anally. It overstimulates the adrenal glands, cuts off blood to the brain and overactivates your brain’s natural opiates.
Try wheatgrass juice enemas! Extrememly beneficial with no negative side effects.

grow up woman!
I have started doing the coffe enemas myself and find them to be quite a caffine rush after cleaning the colon with clean water first, (not Tap water). Since I have started do my own Colon cleansing about 6 months ago I am so happy that I started it. I did lots of research and will continue for life. I also made my own apperatice all from The depot. Anyone interested email me at Allon_Kim@yahoo.com. Cost me about 45 to 50 bucks and works awsome.
she is such a drama queen. Really sweet and I like her but there is so much more to life. She obviously has not seen some bad stuff like poverty, hunger, and starvation around the world. Grow up and just explain it w/out all the fuss.
wow, i wanna see your psychological feelings if you have to go thru chemo, cmon you make it sound like its the end of the world. You need too grow up and just do it and stop acting like a 12 year old..for real…
realllly?? you have taken shyness to a whole new level…hahaha
you seem really sweet but get past it…get r done!!!
Why was this so psychologically difficult for you? What is so traumatizing about detoxing masses from you body??? no judgement…just curious for your honesty.
I think most people think it’s a one shot deal. I use what I call the 2-4-6 system once a week. Make 12 cups of coffee drink the first two cups and let the rest of the coffee cool down. This takes about an hour. Then add 4 cups to enema bag to clear your colon. Only wait a minute before purging. Then add six cups to enema bag and do a deep enema and retain around 10 minutes and then release. voila.
This is going to be harsh, but my intent is for your benefit:
GROW UP! This is YOUR body, YOU are suppose to be the one in control. If you can not do something like this, then you need to pack your shit and go to the hospital and let other people take of your body for you. I hate hearing people say I cant.
It is important to note that in Japan only a Ministry of Health, Welfare and Labour nationally licensed doctor/psychiatrist is allowed to diagnose and medically treat PTSD. If someone is diagnosed with PTSD then the medical treatment and prescription of medications to alleviate and treat PTSD can only be given by a psychiatrist or medical doctor.
