Starling joins HP after retiring from more than 30 years of service in the U.S. Navy. Most recently, he served as Commander of Navy Cyber Forces and the Naval HP3-C36 HP Network Warfare Command. In these positions, he was responsible for organizing and prioritizing manpower as well as training and modernization.
