I am currently trying Gerson Therapy for the treatment of masses in my kidney and lung. I refuse to go to traditional doctors, so I am experimenting with ways to make myself feel better naturally. Coffee enemas are an important part of the Gerson Therapy. They are not easy to give to yourself, but they are necessary for detoxing the body. I am having a hard time administering the enemas and making them part of my daily routine.
